I notice a developing discoloring and about 6 inches of slight lumpiness developing on the aft end of the keel where the keel & hull meet.

Any knowledge as to what is happening? Boat is #132 - a SC model in good condition and no recent groundings.

Before I do anything I seek some wisdom on this.
